I was having computer problems and was working on the last part of the CDA course on Sunday August 11,2024 off and on all day long. I was on the last part. I had just finished the last part where you write the summary of what you had learned to start your portfolio and then take the final test, and it locked on me. I knew that Sunday August 11 was the last day but didn't know that it would lock me out and not let me finish. Is there any way possible to unlock and let me finish the final part of the test. This is my 2nd time taking working on my CDA. The first time Bright from the start sent things back to me for a missed signature from my director, returned those papers and never heard back. Tried to call and talk to them when II finally did there was no record of any of my paperwork. I was told that I would have to retake the course.
