 Course modules not showing

When I went to post my profile reviewer page none of my course modules were showing completed and now I am closed out of course three because it ended October 17th and they keep sending stuff up to the CDA people to fix it and get back to me but no one is fixing it and getting back to me. I don't know what to do?
