Hello everyone,

How can score if some of the indicators weren't’ addressed at the observation period cycle. I looked it up and it stated

If a CLASS indicator isn't observed,

it's usually scored in the low range (1-3)because it wasn't evident, but exceptions exist, like Productivity's Transitions, where its absence might not hurt the score if other indicators are high; the key is to document the lack of observation in the General Comments and discuss with your coach or agency for specific program rules, as some might require adding it to another cycle. Please share if you experienced the same situation. This is observing 4 cycles. Thank you

Great question, In CLASS, indicators are scored only if they are observed during the cycle. If an indicator is not observed, it is generally scored in the low range (1–2) because there is no evidence. Observers should not assume it occurred outside the cycle.
