Failing recertification

Question

I have recently failed attempt one for my recertification. In the past when receiving the report it told me the how my scoring was unsuccessful. "You tended to score below or above" This found quite helpful. Which is part of the learning process. Now they just give you the score. Why did they remove the learning process of testing?

I completely understand the confusion but I'm hoping this blog on our updates will help explain the changes a bit more!! We made some changes in that area so that you could see how you did in each video, domain, and dimension, which allows you to focus on the specific areas in need.
