 How are you adjusting?

hello everyone. I just started my CDA program last week and was curious if anyone else was having hard adjusting to taking classes. I graduated high school in 2005 and went to a CDL training in 2020 but other than that I haven't been doing much learning. I work full time and want to put enough time aside to really absorb it all. Any tips on what helps for you?
