you can do floor time play helping them strengthen the muscles in their upper body but be sure you supervise this activity at all times

you can make your pat mat for sensory play.

Great Question!

• Tummy Time Exploration: Use mirrors, soft toys, or textured mats to encourage sensory exploration.
Music & Movement: Gentle songs with hand motions or soft instruments help babies engage and develop coordination.
Cause & Effect Play: Rattles, stacking cups, or soft balls can teach babies about actions and results.
Sensory Bags or Bottles: Fill sealed bags with water, beads, or fabric scraps for safe tactile exploration.

Infants are smart.  Don't underestimate them.  I dislike it when people don't think babies can learn anything.  They pick up on everything.  Talk to them.  Tell them about what they are looking at, playing with, or what they are eating. Make flashcards of words on white paper and plain black font.  Review them several times a day. Babies can learn to read.  Practice signing with them. Sing songs to them.  Talk with them like they are an older child and like they understand, because they do.  They might not be able to do physical actions, but you can still show them and help them do actions.  Provide them with sensory activities.  Help them feel and touch things.
