 missing video

I was coding videos and when I submitted my codes for video #4 somehow it completely failed me and showed video #5 was coded - which I did not do! 

Has anyone had this issue? I am so frustrated and upset about this!

The only contact I got was being told all 5 videos were coded when I only did 4. I am extremely frustrated.
