I also wanted to clarify that each time you take the CLASS Observer training, you have three attempts to achieve reliability. If you have not achieved reliability after your first two attempts, I recommend reaching out to our Reliability Support team for some help! They can help you with areas to focus on for your final attempt. You can always reach them via email at reliabilitysupport@teachstone.com. If you have failed your final attempt, that is when you would want to re-attend training.
