Not receiving emails

Question

The syllabus says that each week I should receive an email and a posted message telling me where I should be in the coursework and that students behind the pacing guide will receive notifications via email. I received neither, and am concerned that I may not be receiving emails at all. The only emails I've gotten are the daily CDA with Class content.

My name is Megin Ruston, and I am the Online Course Facilitation Manager here at Teachstone. I'm glad you reached out about communications with your facilitator! Yes, each week, your facilitator, Colleen Schmit, sends out an announcement with important information and updates. You can find these communications and announcements in a few different places. One is your course inbox on the lefthand side of your course. I've attached a screenshot! Another place you might see messages from your facilitator is email. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail and allow emails from Teachstone. And finally, you'll also see messages on your dashboard and course home page. The righthand side will have a "To Do" list with announcements from your facilitator as well as a "Recent Feedback" section where you can view comments from your facilitator on your assignments. I've attached a screenshot of that too!
