During teacher training it was discussed we could elect to send our staff to observation training to conduct our required observations. It was said we had 3 options, be assessed by the state (ELC), hire a 3rd party to assess or you could train staff to do so. We elected to send staff to training ($1600) only to find out in the end this is not allowed. Does anyone still have the email they sent out after training with the actual training video with slides and FAQs?
I can't find mine and I need the proof that this was discussed. Thanks in advance for the help!
