Hello. While taking the CLASS test I used the Chat with Support feature and asked about how to input my score for Negative Climate. Then I ended up not passing due to that domain and I think it is because I inverted all of my scores. I've tried to reach out to my trainer, I tried to use the Chat with Support, I've emailed the help with TeachStone. I don't want to do my second attempt until I am sure I am inputting things correctly into the system.

I would suggest referring back to your manual and reread the section on scoring for negative climate. And if you still need support before taking your 2nd test, you can use https://teachstone.com/reliability-support/ and ask CS for reliability support as well!

If you scored Negative Climate a 1, you should enter a 1 for the reliability test . You only convert your scores when you are calculating the Emotional Support score (which is not done for reliability testing)
