Hello.  While taking the CLASS test I used the Chat with Support feature and asked about how to input my score for Negative Climate.  Then I ended up not passing due to that domain and I think it is because I inverted all of my scores.  I've tried to reach out to my trainer, I tried to use the Chat with Support, I've emailed the help with TeachStone.  I don't want to do my second attempt until I am sure I am inputting things correctly into the system.

Good afternoon,

At my agency when we don't pass our first attempt we reach out to our trainer and also tech support. It takes then some time to return the call but we just wait. Which CLASS test did you not pass maybe I can give you some tips of how I did when I tested?
