Hi, I'm trying to complete the pre-application process but, they're asking for my three course certificates and in my email I only received the first and the third. I am not sure how to move on or who to ask for help.

You should have access to all 3 certificates from your main page. Go to your dashboard and click on "Certificates" it should be a blue button.

Not sure how to reply to your answer Lauren but, I'm looking in my email because there is nothing in the certificates section.
