I keep having trouble with accessing training and assignments. I didn’t receive an email for the beginning. I did try customer support, and they said the same thing. My dashboard says I need to activate a product key but I don’t have one. How do I go about getting one? I’m assuming that’s why Im having difficulties with seeing any work.

Hi Chelsea,

It looks like your CDA is active! All you need to do is log into your myTeachstone Dashboard, click Learning at the top left, then Learning Hub. From there your CDA course will appear and you can begin. I hope that helps, and I have provided screen shots for you!
