Hi, I purchased a product key to be Re certified as an observer in May. I have tried numerous times to activate my product key but it will not allow me to activate. I have emailed, called and waited for hours on the online chat to get this resolved but am still waiting….

i leave in a week for an extended vacation so I either need to get this resolved or be reimbursed for my $125.00 fee. Please advise!
