Hi, Not sure this is the venue for this Query but I had the fortune of passing my reliaility test first week of June. Unfortunately, I have still not received the reliability card, despite reaching out again 2 weeks ago. What else should I do to ensure that I receive this card? Much Thanks.

Hi Holly,  Congrats on becoming a Certified CLASS Observer!!  🎉🥳 👏 It takes several weeks to process and send certification cards. If it has been more than six weeks since you passed reliability and you still have not received your card, contact Customer Support. Make sure that your contact information and shipping address is up to date in your myTeachstone account. You can update this information by clicking on “My Account” in the drop-down menu next to your name in the upper right corner.
