 Reliability test only for pre-k to 3

Hello,

I am reliable in toddler class observations. I purchase pre-k to 3rd-grade books and have been reviewing them. My company will not pay for the PreK-3 training at the moment. I am curious if I can take the reliability test without taking the training. I am paying out of pocket for PreK-3 and was hoping to keep costs down. Is this an option or do I need to go through the training first?
