I just finished my Toddler Reliability Test and when I go to the certification tab to print out my certificate, I can see where it says I passed and I can click on the report, but it is not showing below where my certifications are. It is still showing that I need to renew my Toddler Observer certification. When I have taken reliability tests in the past, I have been able to print my certificate right away. Why is it not showing up and should I just be patient and wait a few days for it to show? Thank you.
