There is a Teachstone Youtube video that details common difficulties with scoring in the three different domains. The video titled Misunderstood Indicators in the Classroom Organization Domain discusses scoring transitions. In this segment they explain that transitions might be interactions you don't typically think of as transitions such as transitioning from a calendar routine to reading a book. Though the students did not physically move from one area to another, the teacher transitioned the goal of the activity.
