How would you score a classroom/teacher who has one special needs child who is going through transitions in their therapy and was having a hard day. In the middle of the observation the child took off pants and pull-up (teacher said this was never done before). The teacher had to stop teaching to take care of the child. There was another teacher in classroom but child only responded to the teacher being observed.
