 Steps to Obtaining CDA

I went to the CDA Council website for clarification and want to be sure I have this right. Now that I've completed the training, within 3 years of submitting my application, I need to make sure I have 480 hours of work experience with my age group. Within 6 months of my application I need to make sure my portfolio is complete and find a PD Specialist. Once I submit my application, I will then schedule my observation and exam. Am I correct on the timeline?
