Thank you so much for reaching out! If you are referring to your recertification test and you've failed all 3 attempts, you will want to re-attend training to gain reliability. I highly suggest reaching out to our Reliability Support team in the future if you have failed 2 attempts before you take your final attempt, they can help you with what to study to improve your scores and gain reliability.
