Trying to print this certificate has been very frustrating. I posted on this thread asking for assistance on where to find my training certificate so that i may print it out for my employer. I am then told to reach out by email to the support desk. I write the email to support desk and it bounces back to me stating it is 'un-deliverable'. I had used the support ticket that was provided to my by your company. I then email Anna Antigua asking for assistance and her email bounces back too. Calling the 866 number is difficult because you have to wait on the phone for a long time and it is impossible because i am in the classroom during business hours. Can anyone offer assistance?
