Hello! I had a director reach out to me for guidance about using CLASS in their self-contained preschool. The children are preschool age (3-5) but developmentally many are closer to a toddler level. They use a Toddler version of a curriculum and modify based on needs. This program is inquiring about which CLASS tool they would use based on official guidance. Does anyone know the guidance on this?

Hi Autumn, I asked our team of CLASS experts here and the recommendation was for your team to use the Toddler tool in this case, especially if the observation is for professional development goals in supporting the teachers.
