Hi Anna!
I am sure others will chime in here also but wanted to share my experiences. I have found that it is very individualized depending on the program/agency request or process. For example, I have been asked to observe classrooms before and just share positive feedback or general areas to work on with teachers, but not actual scores. This was due to the program wanting their coaches or directors to have that conversation. Additionally, I have also been asked to share scores right away, or sometimes later with a detailed report. I think I would ask your leadership which process they have set up for receiving feedback. It is a great question because the observations are a great resource to support you and your teaching. 😃
