Will Pre-k Class 2008 Observer option certification be phased out in the future?

I have been a Pre-k 2008 Observer certified since 2011. Is there a simplified explanation on the website to understand options for future renewals. Will Pre-k Class 2008 option certification be phased out in the future? Do we have to now certify as an observer Pre-k -3. Pre-kindergarten is my focus.
