Hi,

I was wanting to know if someone can explain the red x's on my score sheet. With this new system it really isn't clear on whether you scored higher or low. I is very unclear with the explanation  of the results. 

I recently took the training and we were told X is not reliable and the check is reliable. That's all the feedback we receive. It is very frustrating because I attempted the test once and did not pass. I would appreciate feedback, but it doesn't look like the system generates that information for you. Maybe they will tell you that if you reach out for assistance.

I also took the training and the X is not reliable.  They don't tell you if you are too high or too low, which I think is very unhelpful.
