I was wondering if you could tell me if I am scoring to low or high on the concept Development and Quality Feedback  

Hello Ms. Shawn, I read your issue with failing twice, I did the same thing. What help me was to do the practice videos and read the results then go back and pass the third time that worked for me. Hope this helps.
