  • 1.  Renewal CLASS Reliability

    Hello Allison,
    It's almost that time again.   I'm seeking to get the renewal process started.  I have a total of 18 people that need to become reliable.  Some are new and some may have to start the process all over again because they didn't pass the reliability renewal.    I have 7 people that are new so I will need the 1st edition brochures for them.  Can you please assist me in this process?

    Thanks for reaching out! Wow, 18 people certifying is very exciting. Those whose option for recertification has not lapsed can purchase their recertification directly through the link on their panels, or you can reach out to my colleague Christina, christina.nystrom@teachstone.com, who can help you purchase them all at once. She's your Regional Director, and a great resource. Those whose certification has lapsed will need to re-attend training to become reliable again. You have a few options for training, all of which Christina can help you with.

    • If your organization has a certified Affiliate CLASS Trainer, they can deliver training! They'll just need to sign up through their training portal to receive materials.
    • Since you have a larger group of 7 people, you may want to set up training for your team. 
    • Or, you can always register for one of our trainings!
