uploading Portfolio Development Assignment CDA with Class Course 3

  • 1.  uploading Portfolio Development Assignment CDA with Class Course 3

    I have finished all the classwork and my portfolio requirements.  Trying to upload the document that was signed by my mentor, but it is stalling.  I have uploaded the document as well as used a webcam (never used before, so not sure if I did properly)???

    Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?  How can I get this document sent?

    I have contacted the customer support but no response.

    I also contacted LaTessa and she stated she received it, but it is not submitted and I need to get my certificate.

    I have reached out once again to customer support.  Trying to finalize before the deadline of October 17th!

    I have had no luck getting this finished – I am waiting on customer support, but they do not respond.  I have sent another message this evening, so hopefully I can get this finalized!  I have been done with my portion since October 5th.

     

    I sent the document to LaTessa and she said it shows that I am completed, but no course 3 certificate is available to me.

    Thank you for your message! When reaching out about @Lori Bauer's questions, I found out that our CDA team is doing their best to catch up on all of its messages.     I still have not been able to get my certificate – any idea how long this will be?  I go in for surgery at the end of the month and wanted to be able to be done with this portion of it.

    Alison,

     

    It is now November 20, 2022 – I have been done with my course 3 since October 5th and still do not see my certificate for course 3. I will be going in for rotator cuff surgery on November 30th and will be out of work for 4-6 months.  I was hoping to get my course 3 certificate before then.

     

    Please advise what I can do – no one has reached out to me from customer support (besides yourself) and when I look at my courses, it states course 3 is closed and the certificate is not listed there.

    Hi Lori, I reached out to our CDA team and it looks like the issue was that you had one assignment that was graded but not submitted. You should be all set not and be able to see your certificate. Please let me know if you're still running into any trouble. And good luck with your surgery!
