 Giving feedback after CLASS observations

My certification course didn't include best practices/protocols on giving CLASS feedback. Observers, do you share the score with each teacher? Sounds like such a silly question, but feedback should be more about improving overall effectiveness rather than focussing on a score that measures observations taken at somewhat random times during the day. Understood the score provides a measureable outcome that can be used to compare with future scores. Some guidance here would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

We do not provide scores in our feedback to our classrooms but do give them the range, high medium or low.  We provide a brief description of what we saw in each domain and next steps for improvement.  However, on the annual performance evaluation I do provide the scores for the fall observation (evals are in March).  Only the lead teacher gets the scores though not the assistants.  This is important especially when a score falls below the OHS quality threshold.
