Hi,
I have a question about the Infants Assessment. How many awake or asleep infants are needed to conduct an assessment? 1, 2, 3? Is it necessary that there be at least two? Or is one awake infant enough?
Thanks for your help.

Good question! There's some guidance in the infant CLASS manual around this as well. In general, CLASS Observers can continue to code a classroom while any of the infants are awake. They can also continue to code while the providers help the infants fall asleep. Observers must end the cycle when all children are sleeping and if it has not yet been 10 minutes, they won't be able to use that cycle.
